The FSC-POL-30-001a V1-0 FSC Lists of Highly Hazardous Pesticides includes chemical pesticides that meet the criteria, indicators and thresholds to determine the hazard rating of chemical pesticides set out in Annex 1 of FSC-POL-30-001 V3-0 FSC Pesticides Policy. Such chemical pesticides are therefore considered to be highly hazardous in the FSC system and are classified as prohibited, highly restricted or restricted.
As a key step in this process, FSC will be opening a focused consultation from 1 August to 30 September 2023.
