Director, FSC Investments & Partnerships Amanda Carvalho de Andrade Amanda is a Project Manager and Strategic Planning Consultant focused on Bioeconomy and Sustainability-focused initiatives. She has been a partner at Andrade Consultores, her consulting firm, since 2015. Prior to this role, she was a Project Manager at IBIO - Instituto BioAtlântica, a non-profit organization established in 2002 by individuals, companies and NGOs dedicated to sustainability that works alongside the government, civil society and the productive sector to improve the quality of life in Brazil and the environment. Her other previous experience includes a role as Professor of Brazilian Ecology and Conservation, Executive Project Manager at Instituto Biodiversidade Marinha, and Researcher and Project Coordinator at Laboratório de Biologia e Tecnologia Pesqueira. Amanda is currently Treasurer, Environmental South for FSC’s International Board of Directors, and has been an Environmental Chamber member since 2015.
