FSC Academy – A new chapter for FSC eLearning

FSC is pleased to announce the launch of FSC Academy, the upgraded and redesigned version of the FSC eTraining platform. The new platform offers a modern and intuitive learning experience for all stakeholders engaging with FSC.

A modern, streamlined eLearning experience

FSC Academy brings together all FSC eLearning materials in one place, offering easier access to essential training on certification, trademarks, and thematic learning modules. 

With a refreshed design, clearer structure, and enhanced technical performance, FSC Academy makes it easier for users to explore available courses, navigate between modules, and track learning progress, offering a more reliable and smoother learning experience.

What’s new 

The redesign of FSC Academy responds to the evolving training needs of the FSC network and the growing demand for accessible, high quality learning resources. The upgraded platform introduces several key improvements:

Enhanced design and usability

• A cohesive and modern interface aligned with FSC’s visual identity
• Improved page layout and learning pathways
• Clearer course categorisation and intuitive menus

Better performance and stability

• Updated technology for smoother course delivery
• Increased stability to support high numbers of users
• A future-ready system that allows FSC to expand its learning offer over time

Access to learning history 

• Overview of previously completed courses through a report in each users’ profile
• Learners can revisit completed courses by enrolling again
• Past certificates can be requested if needed

These improvements help ensure that FSC stakeholders can access the training they need with greater ease and efficiency.

Accessing FSC Academy

All FSC stakeholders and interested public can now access the new platform at academy.fsc.org . Access depends on existing FSC accounts:

• Users with an active account in the previous eTraining platform: Will receive an email invitation with instructions for accessing FSC Academy.
• Users with FSC Connect credentials: Can log in directly to the new platform using existing login details.
• Users without FSC Connect or Members Portal credentials: May register through the sign-up form and will receive an activation email to complete before logging in.
