FSC extends validity of FSC policy responses to COVID-19 October 28, 2022 Category : General news All COVID-19 derogations and interpretations are now valid through 30 April 2023. In response to the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19 pandemic, FSC has extended the validity of all COVID-19 related derogations and interpretations. These derogations and interpretations have been published in a single volume, together with related frequently asked questions. FSC will continue to monitor the situation and may either invalidate the derogations and interpretations prior to that date or may further extend the validity date before expiry of the COVID-19 derogations and interpretations.
