‘Climate-Proof Forest’ to store carbon in FSC-certified forests in the Netherlands
Unie van Bosgroepen holds a group certificate, involving more than 80 smaller forests spread across the Netherlands. Within the program ‘Climate-Proof Forest’, we work together with Unie van Bosgroepen on specific measures to enhance nature and boost experience in Dutch forests, as well as to store CO2 in the surrounding environment. This contributes to climate-resilient forests, spread across the Center and South of the Netherlands.

- Term of the project: 25 to 50 years
