Lineu Siqueira, Jr. Lineu Siqueira, Jr. Lineu Siqueira Jr. was born in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil and serves on the FSC Policy and Standards Committee representing the Economic South sub-chamber, a position he has held since 2018. A founding member of the FSC, Lineu signed the FSC’s Founding Assembly documents in Toronto in 1993 on behalf of Aracruz Pulp Company. He holds degrees in Agricultural Engineering (ESALQ/USP, Brazil), Renewable Energy (SOGESTA/ENI, Italy), and specialization in Local Energy Planning and Environmental Management (Italy). His career spans over five decades across Latin America and beyond, working in forestry, energy, certification, and sustainability. He held senior roles at Aracruz, Imaflora/Rainforest Alliance, and Suzano, and has been active in FSC processes since the early 1990s, including leadership in forest management and certification systems. He served as a member of the FSC Working Group for Policy of Association Revision, FSC Working Group for Motion 12 GA 2014, and Conflicts Resolution Committee for FSC BRAZIL, representing the Brazilian Economic Chamber.
