Treasurer, FSC Investments & Partnerships Allison Scuriatti Allison has worked for more than 25 years to further international economic development and cooperation. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of FINCA International, the nonprofit majority owner of a global microfinance banking network and a founder of the SMART Campaign, the voluntary industry standards certification program for consumer protections in microfinance. While at FINCA, she was instrumental to changes in global governance policies, brand management, and a new impact investment program that included off-grid solar energy in Africa. Prior to FINCA, Allison held a variety of roles in the private sector, nonprofits, and intergovernmental organizations. She has deep expertise in communications, marketing, brand, and stakeholder management. She spent a decade focusing on women’s access to finance, entrepreneurship, private sector development, and the coordination of international development aid. She also spent nine years working at Intelsat, a global satellite communications cooperative (and subsequently a private company), where she launched the first corporate social responsibility program. Allison has a master’s degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, in Geneva, Switzerland. She lives in Washington, DC, with her family and enjoys gardening, volunteering, mountain biking, and her budding real estate business. Back to Previous Page →
