Request for proposals to revise FSC Risk Assessments
Forest Stewardship Council is inviting proposals for the review and revision of existing national and centralized risk assessments related to forest products. The objective is to align these assessments with the FSC-PRO-60-006b Risk Assessment Framework and the European Union Deforestation Regulation (REGULATION EU 2023/1115).
While existing version of the risk assessments are useful, they need to be reviewed and revised. We are now inviting qualified respondents to bid on one or more lots (countries) for the following countries:
- Chile
- China
- Estonia
- Poland
- Spain
- Sweden
- United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
- USA
The project involves reviewing existing assessments, identifying gaps, conducting independent research, engaging stakeholders, and preparing revised drafts for FSC review.
If you or your organization would be interested in responding to this request for a country not listed we still invite you to submit an Expression of Interest to be considered in the next tranche of lots.
If you think that you or your organization may have the required qualification and experience for this type of work, we would like to invite you to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Annexes.
If you are interested in this assignment, please send an email with subject line ‘’ FSC_188_RFP_Review and Revision of CNRA’’ to procurement_tenders@fsc.org to request tender file.
