FSC has published an updated eligibility criteria for Chain of Custody Group Certification for USA and Canada on 20 June 2024. Based on the newly approved criteria, organizations can be included in the scope of a group Chain of Custody certificate if they conform to the definition of "small" according to the following criteria:
For USA
- No more than 25 employees; or
- No more than $10,000,000 (USD) total annual forest products turnover
For Canada
- No more than 25 employees; or
- No more than $5,000,000 (CAD) total annual turnover
FSC Network Partners can apply for national eligibility criteria according to FSC-PRO-40-003 and the list of approved criteria can be found in FSC-PRO-40-003a.
