FSC to publish revised trademark requirements for brand and retailers in June 2026

FSC will publish the revised FSC Trademark Use Guide for Promotional Licence Holders on 1 June 2026, introducing updated requirements for how retailers and brands communicate about FSC-certified products and services with their FSC promotional licence. 

To support stakeholders in understanding and applying these updates, FSC will host a series of webinars (with simultaneous interpretations in ES & FR TBC).  

The sessions will provide: 

• An overview of the opportunities revised requirements provide for promotional licence holders
• Practical guidance  on how retailers and brands can promote the FSC-certified products they sell or use
• An opportunity to ask questions
