We are looking for an engaged System Performance Manager (m/f/d) who brings solid expertise and a passion for FSC’s mission, to work with us in a multinational environment.

 

The Scope

To support/oversee the implementation of FSC’s revised standard setting procedure and activities to streamline the normative framework. 

 

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • To support/coordinate the implementation of the revised FSC’s standard setting procedure, related documents and templates with the aim to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of processes within the Performance and Standards Unit.
  • To advise/manage the development and maintenance of the normative framework schedule.
  • To support/manage the development, review and revision of other core requirements within the FSC normative framework as agreed with the supervisor
  • Additional tasks as agreed with the supervisor.

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • Education and Training:
    • Master’s degree 
       
  • Working Experience, Style and Skills:
    • At least 5 years of applicable professional experience (for example, in development of procedures, standards, guidelines and strategies for ISEAL members or other standard setting organisations, FSC).
    • At least 2 years of project manager experience.
    • Proven record of high-quality deliverables or project completions.
    • Quality management experience is an asset.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • A strong sense for diligence and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to plan and organize work.
       
  • Languages and Communication Skills:
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
       
  • Computer Skills - good skills in the use of/experience with:
    • Standard software packages (MS Office).
    • Database applications.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Location: Bonn, Germany.
  • Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
  • Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible).
  • Starting Date: As soon as possible.
