Your Role

You will be joining our Innovation & Commercial Solutions team to work on sustainable shopping programs, innovations and your tasks will include the following:

  • General support to FSC stakeholders: issues/general enquiries from companies who are interested in joining sustainable shopping programs.
  • Proactively reach out to FSC Certificate Holders, and/or FSC Promotional License Holders.
  • Check and verify the eligibility of companies requesting to join sustainable shopping programs.
  • Communicate with companies about the steps/processes to join sustainable shopping programs.
  • Coordinate the signing of the legal agreement with certified companies.
  • Data management and documentation of all information collected including legal agreements and status of the operations of all requests to join sustainable shopping programs.
  • Support on market-facing innovation projects assigned by the team lead.


Your Profile (this will be a client/partner-facing role)

  • You are eligible to work in Germany.
  • You are currently enrolled at a university.
  • You are a service-oriented problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Ideally you have experience in vendor management, or partner management, and/or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating with international stakeholders by email or call would be advantageous.
  • Experience in customer or user support is a plus.
  • Ideally you have experience in working with international organizations and on international project teams.
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office, e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Outlook.
  • You are business fluent in English.
  • You are committed to FSC mission and values and growing yourself with FSC.



Terms and Conditions

  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 3- 5 days per week).
  • Duration: 6 months with an opportunity to extend.
  • Remuneration: 12€ gross per hour.
  • Location: FSC office Bonn, Germany or remote.
