Work will begin in January 2020. It includes revising the procedure guiding the processing of Policy for Association complaints. The working group may also change overall complaints and appeals procedures.

General requirements for candidates

Ideal candidates have expertise in alternative dispute management, reputational risk management and complaints systems. They need a deep understanding of the FSC systems and procedures, especially of the Policy for Association and handling FSC disputes. They must firmly commit to spending the time required for participation, as indicated in Annex 3 of the terms of reference.
