After analyzing and verifying transactions on a sample of data from 2018 collected from 256 certificate holders, Assurance Services International (ASI) identified transaction mismatches, some of which were caused by unintentional data errors. The number of identified mismatches confirmed the need for FSC and other involved parties to further investigate them, take action against wrong-doers and find viable solutions for preserving FSC’s integrity in the future.

FSC will issue a statement with the results of the aforementioned steps, once the investigation concludes and all the necessary action has been taken.
