The Policy for Association (PfA) is FSC’s core tool for safeguarding its reputation. FSC is now establishing a technical working group to build upon the extensive work already put into the revision made in 2014 –2017 and to finalize the revised policy. The technical working group will be comprised of five participants. This is the second part of a two phased project, following the ongoing revision of the procedure on processing complaints about the PfA (FSC-PRO-01-009).

General Requirements

Ideal candidates have expertise and experience working with any of the following areas: timber legality, traditional and human rights, workers’ rights, forest conversion and HCVs, corporate law and reputation management. Experience and understanding of the application of the PfA at FSC is desirable but not essential for all technical working group members.
