Legal and Compliance Director Dominik Lentz Dominik brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in legal, compliance, governance, and organizational management across the corporate and non-profit sectors. He is admitted to the German bar, holds a PhD in Law from the University of Cologne and is educated in both continental and common law environments. He is fluent in German and English and has extensive experience working in international and multicultural environments. Prior to joining FSC, Dominik had been partner of Clifford Chance, an international law firm, held legal, compliance and general management roles within FUJIFILM Europe and also filled global General Counsel positions within Deutsche Welthungerhilfe and SOS Children’s Villages International. In all positions, Dominik established and developed new structures in support of business transformation and growth, and operational excellence. Today, Dominik also serves as Member and Vice Chair of the Governance Committee of Fairtrade International and as Extended Board Member of Plan International Deutschland.
